I won my first battle with the school district. This morning all 16 kids from our neighborhood who attend Parley's Park Elementary got a free bus ride to school. The great part is the school bus will be free to everyone in our neighborhood from now until forever! And we will be guaranteed spots for all our kids! Check out all those happy kids and parents. Many of the kids had never ridden the school bus before this morning because the parents had refused to pay and opted to drive them instead. One mom said "My girls were up, dressed, and ready to go before the alarm had gone off. They were standing at the door at 7:20am asking if it was time to go to the bus yet!"
