Park City here we come!

One week ago, Brian accepted a position with a promising startup software company located in Park City, Utah. So it's time for an exciting new chapter in our lives!

There are so many reasons that we're sure we'll love living in Park City. Like the lack of rain and the abundance of sun and snow! Or the schools being ranked in the top 12 in the nation. 3 world renowned ski resorts in town and many more within an hour. A half-day's drive to either Grand Canyon, West Yellow Stone, Grand Tetons, or Denver Colorado... none of which I have been to. The endless mountain biking trails and awesome fly fishing rivers. An international air port within 40 minutes. Oh yeah and did I mention the weather!?!? And because of the nature of resort towns, everyone there is from somewhere else! That might sound strange, but it means that people understand what it's like to live away from extended family.

More on our move soon to come! For now check out these:

14 great reasons to live in Park City.

It looks and sounds great! I think it will be a great adventure for your family, and not too far away for people to come visit. Either a short flight or a rather long drive. We drove to visit Kaleb's mom when she lived in Colorado and so I think we came near to passing through this area. It was very hot as it was July! We will be praying for your family that the move and transitions for everyone go well. And keep in touch with your blogging if you can (when you have a spare moment) :)

Cambria, yeah!! So excited for you and Brian (and the girls!) sounds like a totally exciting move. Sometimes we drive to Idaho through Utah. . we'll for sure plan a trip through Park City sometime! (I think that would be pretty easy to talk Todd into!!)
I'm thrilled! When is the big move??
